- After completing the Famous Artist's Correspondence course, and training at a local art school, Frank went to work for the Bell System as an artist, and art-director for the next 20 years. After leaving Bell Frank began freelancing specializing in humorous illustration, and caricature for clients that include: U.S. Department of the Interior, National Teachers Association, Coors Brewing, etc. He has been a recipient of awards from the NAGC Blue Pencil Competition, and the Educational Press Association of American.
